Love n Grow offer returns for store credit within 14 days of package delivery for full-priced items only.

We do not accept exchanges however, If you would like to order a different size, simply return your item as soon as possible and we will issue you a store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.

Love n Grow is happy to issue a credit for your item (less postage costs) as long as they follow the bellow requirements:

  • All items must be in original condition with original tags, & must not have been worn, altered or washed.
  • Must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery; goods received outside this period will not be accepted.
  • You must include the original invoice/packing slip
  • Accompanied by a completed returns slip (available by clicking HERE).

Postage tips:
We suggest you use tracked postage as it is the safest option for your parcel. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office, so ensure it’s packed securely or using a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are posting. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your own cost.

We reserve the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.

There will be NO exchanges on sale items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidentally over spending, however we can cancel your order and provide you with a credit note for later use.

Store credits will be issued via email once the exchanged items are received by our team. The credit note will be valid for (2) months.

Damaged Goods:                                                                                                                                                                           If you have received an item that is damaged/faulty, please email us at with a photo and description of the damage/fault and the proof of purchase.
